Privacy Policy

Short version: this site doesn't track you. The only information I ever receive is what you deliberately type into the contact form.

What I collect

Only what you enter into the contact form:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give one
• Whatever you write in the project description

Nothing is collected if you simply read the page. If you use the chat window, your messages stay in your browser and are not stored anywhere — unless you choose to leave your details through it, in which case they are handled exactly like a form submission.

Why I collect it

To reply to you and, if we work together, to plan and quote your project. That's it. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and you won't be added to any mailing list you didn't ask for.

Who else handles it

Submitting the contact form opens a pre-filled message in your own email app — nothing is sent anywhere until you press send yourself, and the message travels through your email provider like any other email you write.

This website sends nothing to any outside service. My website hosting provider necessarily processes ordinary server request records, as any host does.

How long it's kept

Your message stays in my email like any other business correspondence, so I can find our history if you contact me again later. If you'd rather I delete it, just ask and I will.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email or call and I'll take care of it — there's no form to fill out and no charge.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and isn't directed at children. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If how I handle information changes, I'll update this page and change the date at the top.
